Are your above ground concrete swimming pools completely above ground?
Typically when we build our above ground swimming pools we place about 1ft to 2ft below ground and the remainder will be above ground.
How deep are above ground concrete swimming pools?
Our above ground concrete swimming pools can be anywhere from as shallow as 2ft deep for children and water features to 10ft+ deep for swimming and diving.
I Have a small backyard in the city, can i still get one of these above ground concrete swimming pools built?
Yes our team specializes in tight spaces and small yards. With a quick survey or photos of your backyard we can distinguish the best fitting area and size to go with it.

Do we have to obtain permits to build one of these above ground concrete swimming pools in Toronto, or GTA Ontario?
Most our pools can be built with no permits. The only permit required will be for electrical, which our certified electricians obtain for us. ( the home owner doesn't need to worry about any permits as our company will take care of the entire building process from A to Z. )
Do I need to pay taxes on my above ground concrete swimming pool?
YES, In Ontario the home owner that is purchasing the above ground concrete swimming pool will have to pay 13% Taxes to the company he or she is purchasing from as of Ontario Law.
Do I have to pay for the entire swimming pool all at once?
No you do not. We first take a $1000 deposit to secure your build date on our calendar which gets deducted from the total price of your swimming pool. ( Once we start the project we require 1/3 of the full amount. halfway through the project we require another 1/3. and Near the completion date we take the last 1/3 . So you pay in 3 different payments divided evenly as we build your above ground concrete swimming pool.
